**Job Summary**:
The **Ayushman Coordinator** is responsible for overseeing the effective implementation and management of the **Ayushman Bharat - Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY)** within the hospital. The role involves supervising Ayushman Mitra, ensuring timely claim processing, compliance with scheme guidelines, and coordinating with government authorities and empanelled patients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Ayushman Bharat Schemes of Hospital.
- Coordinate with doctors, Ayushman Mitras, and departments for smooth patient onboarding and documentation.
- Ensure timely registration, verification, and e-card generation for eligible beneficiaries.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of pre-authorization requests on the TMS portal.
- Monitor and ensure timely claim submissions, approvals, and disbursals.
- Maintain accurate records of patient admissions, discharges, treatment packages, and claims.
- Act as the hospital’s single point of contact (SPOC) for district/state Ayushman authorities.
- Ensure compliance with scheme guidelines, package rates, and documentation requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of pending/denied claims and resolve discrepancies.
- Train and guide Ayushman Mitras and hospital staff on new updates in the scheme.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hospital management and PM-JAY authorities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in health insurance/TPA/PM-JAY operations.
- Strong knowledge of BIS (Beneficiary Identification System) and TMS (Transaction Management System).
- Proficient in computer use - MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data entry.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Strong understanding of government health schemes.
- Analytical mindset for tracking claims and resolving rejections.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with hospital workflows and clinical departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
