As a graphic designer in our healthcare product manufacturing company, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing various visual materials that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our products' features and benefits to our target audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure that all visual assets meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance within the healthcare industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop visually appealing designs for a wide range of materials, including packaging, labels, brochures, advertisements, digital assets, and presentations, adhering to brand guidelines and industry regulations.
- **Product Packaging**: Design innovative and user-friendly packaging solutions for healthcare products, considering factors such as product protection, shelf appeal, and regulatory requirements.
- **Labeling Compliance**: Ensure that all product labels and packaging designs comply with relevant regulations and standards, including FDA requirements for medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
- **Visual Branding**: Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and evolve the company's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
- **Photography and Image Editing**: Source or create high-quality images and graphics for use in marketing materials, product documentation, and online platforms. Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop is required.
- **Print Production Management**: Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure the timely and cost-effective production of printed materials, maintaining quality control throughout the process.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies to continuously improve the effectiveness and relevance of our visual communications.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product development teams to translate technical specifications and features into visually engaging and easy-to-understand graphics for both internal and external audiences.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
