Função e **Responsabilidades**:

- Responsible for the smooth production operations of Multisliding bending machines
- Should able to inspect parts as per drawings & gauges (In process inspection), Must have knowledge of measuring instruments
- Should able to do documentation e.g. Production reports, daily startup check sheet etc.
- Should able to communicate inter-related departments to get the work done e.g. Store, PPC etc.
- Ensure 5S at work place
- Keep track of WIP inventory on shop floor
- Ensure zero accident major injuries or unfortunate fatalities on the shop floor
- Can able to handle & train manpower reporting to him
- Make action plan to reduce downtime
- Execute planning of production
- Responsible for the upkeep of machineries and Tools to reduce major breakdown and production failure
- Ensure the timely execution of the preventive maintenance plan
- Prepares the major breakdown root cause analysis

Educação e experiência
- Diploma / BE - Production / Mechanical

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of Steel Raw Material
- Root cause analysis
- Knowledge of ergonomics
