**Responsibilities**
- Work and collaborate with leadership and domain experts to understand, analyze and identify target audiences training needs
- To build content, visualize instructional graphics, improve on user interface and deliver the product to meet the instructional goals.
- To engage learners by creating supporting material, not only limited to audio, video, simulations, role-plays and games.
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learners performance and develop assessment instruments
- Maintain project documentation and course folders

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's Degree relevant to the role
- Proven knowledge and experience in course development software and at least one Learning Management System
- Visual design skills (**Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)** and ability to **storyboard**:

- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
- Basic **HTML **and **Flash **programming knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
