**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Design comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and assessments tailored to the academic curriculum.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, remedial classes, and personalized mentorship for students.
- Track student performance through regular assessments, progress reports, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain discipline and an engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
- Collaborate with the school administration and faculty to ensure seamless program execution.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and provide academic insights on student development.
- Uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical teaching practices.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Prior experience in competitive exam coaching is an added advantage.
