Farmers Fresh Zone aims at unlocking access to safe-to-eat, pesticide free fruits & vegetables directly sourced from our farmers. We are an Direct to Consumer Brand Backed by the Indian Angel Network, We are one of the first Indian agri-tech firms to introduce unit level traceability for all our products which means consumers can track the origin of a product including details of the farms and farmers.

We are all in the quest to create a positive movement, a movement aimed at reducing the gap between a consumer & a farmer, a movement that gives consumers access to safe & non-toxic farmer's produce, a movement that is uplifting the farmer community. Today we are proud to say that we are connecting 1500+ farmers to urban consumers. We envisage our brand to go global soon, post creating a cemented presence in India. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage the team on the field
- delivery boys
- Ability to hire and manage a team of delivery boys
- Liaison with multiple teams such as other team leaders, hub managers and customer care for smooth operations
- Enhancing the customer experience
- Training and management of delivery executives and ware-house assistants
- Making MIS report
- Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives at Delivery Hub

**Requirements**:

- Strong foundation in high volume operational setup; preferably in consumer businesses (eCommerce)
- Excellent management, communication and reporting skills
- Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Be the champion for customer focus for our teams across the organization

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
