**Job Description: Loan Officer (Telesales)**
**Location**: Kausambi, Delhi
**Position**: Full-time
**Salary**: Up to ₹3 LPA + Incentives

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to promote various loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.).
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for loan products.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth loan disbursement process.
- Record and maintain accurate details of all client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated with the latest loan products and banking regulations to provide accurate information to customers.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: Graduate (any stream).
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- **Strong communication skills** (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
