- Develop and implement strategic plans for the service department to effectively achieve business objectives and meet customer needs.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the service team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, workflow management, parts inventory, and service quality control.
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards, resolving customer complaints promptly, and implementing customer feedback mechanisms.
- Establish relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service partners to ensure timely delivery of parts and services at competitive prices.
- Develop training programs for service technicians and staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and productivity.
