Urgent requirement of **Customer Support/Sales-Voice Process(Domestic/International)** - in Gurgaon Location with multiple companies Center). Experience 0- 6 Years with Excellent communication and written skills.

**Job Purpose**:

- To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction.

**Key Responsibility: -**:

- Managing Customer support.
- Handling customer complaints and follow-ups.
- Handling calls - both inbound and outbound.
- Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience in the process.
- Helping in general operations.
- Any other ad hoc duties related to hospital operations assigned by supervisor.

- Good communication skills - both verbal and written.

- Good analytical skills and quick thinking.
- Dedication and passion to meet and exceed customer expectations - both internal and external.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year
