**Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary contact for employees requiring technical assistance, delivering professional and timely support.
- Provide first-level support for network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN), printing, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software in accordance with IT policies.
- Monitor and manage support requests through the ticketing system, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex incidents.
- Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and asset management.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise environments.
**Required Skills & Attributes**
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows OS, hardware components, and networking basics (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
- Awareness of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-first approach.
- High adaptability, eagerness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
