**Job description**
- Maximize room bookings by delivering a pleasant and efficient reservations service.
- Ensure that reservations are dealt with effectively, while maximizing revenue.
- Work with internal/external representatives from different functions for executing the reservations.
- Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide a range of effective and efficient services.
- Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the team has been well trained and handling the customer smoothly.
- To Provide the detailed information about the Rooms / accommodation and Facility Management.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
