Key responsibilities

**Financial strategy and planning**
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's business objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and risk assessments to provide executive management with advice on investment opportunities, cost optimization, and business expansion.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the company's financial stability.

**Accounting and reporting**
- Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
- Produce management information system (MIS) reports, profitability analyses, and variance reports for key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage external and internal audits, acting as the key point of contact for auditors.

**Compliance and controls**
- Ensure full compliance with financial laws, tax regulations (such as GST and TDS in India), and other statutory obligations.
- Establish and maintain a strong internal control framework to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Implement and oversee compliance with industry-specific regulations related to the food and beverage sector.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and financial institutions on tax and treasury matters.

**Business partnership and leadership**
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to align financial goals with business objectives and drive cost-control initiatives.
- Oversee the financial aspects of inventory management, including costing models, inventory audits, and reconciliation.
- Manage vendor and customer ledger reconciliations, define credit control policies, and oversee collection efforts for overdue accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and skills**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- **Experience**: Proven experience (typically 10-15 years) in a senior finance leadership role.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
