Responsible for conducting incoming Raw Material, Finished Goods and Packaging Material quality inspections for their physico-chemical parameter, sensory evaluation and its acceptance.
- Monitoring the online production activities with an eye for detail for their compliances.
- Responsible for release of the final product for dispatch.
- Laboratory instruments calibrations and their record maintenance.( PH meter, Hot Air Oven, Refractometer, Kjeldahl Apparatus etc.
- Conducting internal Programs of implementation of GMP, GHP, and Quality, hygiene maintenance, food safety systems and their monitoring.
- Handling of customer audits (3rd party).
- Responsible for maintaining highest level of food safety and hygiene standard in organization.
- Development of specifications for existing & new products.
- Shelf life studies and enhancements.
- Monitoring Pest control services..
- Training to the shop floor operators, supervisors & workers on GMP and personal hygiene.
- Leading and conducting hazard analysis for each process.
- Implementation of PRPs, OPRPs and HACCP plan, SOPs.16. Regular monitoring of entire premises to ensure compliance for food safety systems.
- Conduct internal food safety and hygiene audits and follow upon the corrective actions.
- Process deviation monitoring and taking a part of preventive & corrective action teams.
- Responsible for closing the external and supplier audit findings and action report submissions.
- Monthly KPI and internal reports submission to the management team.
- Ability to lead team members to understand and follow the continuous improvement concept.
- Manage, control and review of documents and records of ISO 22000, HACCP and Implementation of deptt. wise various checklists of the programs.
- FSSAI regulations compliances for manufacturing process and for packaging materials.
- Implementation of LM Rules
- Incident and accident reports (rejection, recall and spoilage food report, Rework).26. Handling the customer and consumer complaints with their closures.27. MSDS verification of chemicals and other cleaning agents.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
