**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Entry and Bookkeeping**: Record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, sales and purchases invoices accurately and efficiently. Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and organized.
- **Financial Reporting ** : Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets on a regular basis. Provide support in analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential issues.
- **Reconciliation ** : Conduct bank reconciliations and verify accuracy of financial statements, ensuring all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Process invoices, track payments, and manage vendor accounts. Assist with collections and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- **Tax Compliance and Regulations**: Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and company policies. In particular GST Laws, TDS & Income Tax.
- **Assist in Auditing**: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
- **Financial Analysis**: Help in conducting basic financial analysis to support decision-making processes, cost controls, and budgeting.
- **Software and Systems ** : Utilize accounting software and tools effectively to manage financial data and streamline processes.
- **Administrative Support ** : Assist in other administrative tasks as required by the finance and accounting department.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP, Tally or similar) and Microsoft Office in particular MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and general ledger processes.
- Minimum experience: 1 - 2 yrs.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
