**Roles and Responsibilities**
We are having an urgent job requirement for one of our reputed MNC client into Oil and Gas Industry for the post of Document Controller on Contract Basis in Panipat location.
Position : Document Controller
Employment Type: Contract job for 1 year and further extendable
Experience: 7 - 15
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/Diploma
**Job Description**:
- Perform Document Control functions
- Maintain Document Control Database
- Manage Document Control Center
- Prepare report as required by the Project Manager.
- Maintain documents related to vendors / contract/ payment.
- Updating and maintaining controlled copies of drawings / documents and maintaining the register of the same.
- Prepare, operate and update document control procedures in line with the company’s document management system.
- Vendor Invoice verification
- Coordinatingwithsiteengineersformaterialreceiptconfirmation
- MaintainingrecordsofDailyprogressreportsofVendors,Contractors&Clients
- MaintainingrecordsandregisterofQuotations,Purchaseorders&Vendorinvoices
- MaintainingappropriaterecordsandregistersinexcelofIncoming&OutgoingLetters,Transmittals,TechnicalDocumentsfromClient,Subcontractorsforfollow-upandcontrol.
- TrackingthependingdocumentsthroughWeeklyProgressReports.
- Co-ordinationwithvariousdepartmentstocollectdata
