**Certified Oracle Fusion HCM (Cloud) Expert**
- At least 7 years’ experience providing functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM (Cloud) modules in scope above, including supporting enhancements, integrations and reports. The experience should additionally demonstrate expertise in below: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Oracle HCM SaaS and PaaS Configuration Expertise: Extensive experience in supporting and configuring the latest Oracle HCM SaaS modules, including back-end business rules.
- Expert in Oracle OTBI and BIP report.
- Oracle API & Power BI Integration: Strong understanding of Oracle APIs to enable seamless data extraction for Power BI dashboards.
- Data Engineering & Integration: Expertise in integrating and harmonizing data from multiple sources—specifically, Clients internal data storage (where the Fund will consolidate SuccessFactors data) and Oracle reports/APIs.
