**1. Technical Excellence**:

5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Analytics.Proficiency in Python, regression, classification, optimization, SQL, and Excel.Exposure to distributed computing (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS,- Azure, GCP).**2. Business Savvy**:

Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.Experience in CPG and pricing analytics is a strong advantage.**3. Growth Mindset**:
