**Job Title**: Security Personnel (Hotel Security)

**Location**: Chennai - Multiple Properties

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor hotel premises to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activity
- Patrol hotel grounds, entry points, and parking areas regularly
- Ensure security of hotel assets, guest belongings, and staff safety
- Manage visitor access, staff entry/exit, and maintain security logs
- Respond quickly to emergencies such as theft, fire, or guest incidents
- Handle conflicts, disturbances, and enforce hotel rules politely
- Monitor CCTV systems and maintain incident reports as needed
- Support hotel team during special events, VIP visits, or crowd control
- Coordinate with local police or emergency services when required
- Ex-servicemen from military, paramilitary, or police force highly preferred
- Prior experience in hotel or corporate security is an advantage
- Physically fit, disciplined, and reliable
- Basic knowledge of fire safety, emergency handling, and first aid
- Good communication and observational skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (day/night)
