**Job Description: Team Leader - Study Visa (Zirakpur)**

**Position**: Team Leader - Study Visa
**Location**: Zirakpur
**Experience**: Minimum 5+ years in the Study Visa industry
**Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and manage a team of visa counselors to achieve set targets.
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members.
- Monitor team performance and ensure quality service delivery.
- **Visa Consultation**:

- Ensure proper documentation, adherence to immigration guidelines, and timely submission.
- Handle escalated client queries and provide effective solutions.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Set individual and team targets and drive efforts to achieve them.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and enhance client satisfaction.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Keep updated on the latest immigration policies and study visa requirements.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain high client satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Study Visa industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of study visa processes for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
