**We are hiring Trainer - WORK FROM OFFICE**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage pupil learning through effective training.
- Ensure continuity, progression and cohesiveness in all training.
- Use variety of methods and approaches to match curricular and co-curricular objectives
- Planning and implementing a program of instruction and lesson plans.
- Demonstrate effective preparation for student’s instruction.
- Have knowledge of varied methodologies of instruction and assessment
- Maintain student behavioural standards to ensure a productive and disciplined environment that is conducive to learning.
- Maintain a fun, safe and positive learning environment for students.
- Evaluate student progress and ensure that students complete daily assignments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hosur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
