**Job Title: Delivery Boy**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Delivering a wide variety of goods to customers in a timely manner.

2. Ensuring the accurate and safe handling of products during transportation.

3. Verifying the order details and ensuring the correct items are delivered to the right customers.

4. Planning efficient routes to maximize delivery times and minimize fuel consumption.

5. Following delivery schedules and deadlines as set by the dispatch team.

6. Interacting with customers professionally and maintaining a positive demeanour during deliveries.

7. Collecting payments, issuing receipts, and providing proper change when necessary.

8. Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.

9. Coordinating with the warehouse or logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

10. Maintaining the delivery vehicle and reporting any mechanical issues to the appropriate department.

11. Keeping records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel expenses accurately.

12. Following company policies and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience as a delivery driver or delivery boy is a plus.

3. Familiarity with the local area and efficient route planning skills.

4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

5. Strong customer service and communication skills.

6. Ability to work independently and under mínimal supervision.

7. Physically fit and capable of handling packages and lifting heavy objects.

8. Responsible and trustworthy, with a strong sense of integrity.

9. Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours, if required.

**Experience: 0 - 2 Years**

**Full-time Salary**:₹ 8,000.00 - ₹ 10000.00 per month

**Work location**: Office No.1, Chaphekar Wadi, Near Sheth Gh. High school, Borivali East, Mumbai - 400066.

**Timing**:
10.00am to 7.00 pm Monday to Saturday.
