**Job Description - AI Creative Designer - Prompt Expert (Part-Time/Freelancer) - Remote Only**

**About HeSpoke**

HeSpoke is a fast-scaling menswear fashion brand combining **timeless design** with **AI-powered creativity**. We craft premium formal and ethnic wear for modern men and are building a strong digital presence with **AI-driven lifestyle visuals and short-form video content**.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **freelance AI Creative Designer** who can generate **high-quality branded fashion content** (images + videos) for our campaigns, website, and social media.

**Responsibilities**
- Create **~100 branded lifestyle/product images per month** using AI tools.
- Generate **~30 short-form 20-30 sec videos per month** (story/reel formats).
- Use tools like **ChatGPT, Google Veo 3, MidJourney, KlingAI, Photoshop Generative AI** (tools provided by HeSpoke).
- Refine and optimize **prompts** to ensure high-quality, on-brand outputs.
- Handle **AI distortions/morphs** and produce clean, brand-ready visuals.
- Develop **creative storylines & concepts** for lifestyle/editorial shoots.
- Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to align content with campaigns.

**Skills Required**:

- Expertise with AI content tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Google Veo 3, KlingAI, Photoshop AI).
- Strong sense of **visual design, fashion, and lifestyle storytelling**.
- **Prompt engineering** skills - ability to refine prompts for best results.
- Ability to **fix distorted outputs** and maintain professional brand standards.
- Prior experience in **fashion/UGC/reels/marketing creatives** is a plus.

**Compensation Model**
- **₹100 per image** (100 images per month)
- **₹700 per video** (30 videos per month)
- **Guaranteed monthly work = ₹30,000+**:

- **Upside potential**: Can scale up to ₹60,000/month as output volume increases.
- Tools/software access provided by HeSpoke.
