Teacher - Preschool

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote overall child development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Monitor and document each child’s progress and development, maintaining regular communication with parents.
- Create a structured routine that supports learning through play, storytelling, art, music, and physical activities.
- Ensure the classroom is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure consistency in educational goals and child care practices.
- Address the emotional and developmental needs of each child with patience and care.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and share feedback on a regular basis.
- Comply with school policies, safety procedures, and licensing regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Prior experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
