**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Detailed Drafting and Design**:

- Create comprehensive architectural drawings, layouts, and blueprints for large-scale mass housing projects.
- Develop master plans, unit layouts, and site plans based on developer requirements and project specifications.

2. **Technical Expertise**:

- Ensure that all drawings and plans align with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Incorporate cost-effective design strategies to optimize space and materials for mass housing.

3. **Developer Collaboration**:

- Work closely with developers and funding teams to produce design documents required for project financing.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure architectural plans meet funding criteria and project budgets.

4. **Project Integration**:

- Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior designers to integrate all aspects of the project.
- Provide solutions for challenges related to high-density construction and phased development.

5. **Site Coordination**:

- Prepare detailed working drawings for execution and assist in resolving site-level design issues.
- Update drawings based on site progress and developer feedback.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
