**Job Description: Overseas Counselor**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Overseas Counselor to join our team. As an Overseas Counselor, you will play a vital role in assisting students and individuals who are seeking opportunities to study, work, or settle abroad. Your expertise in immigration policies, educational institutions, and cross-cultural understanding will help guide clients through the complex process of planning and pursuing their overseas aspirations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized counseling to clients interested in studying, working, or immigrating to foreign countries, understanding their goals, preferences, and constraints.
- Stay well-informed about various countries' immigration policies, student visa requirements, educational institutions, and job markets.
- Offer accurate and up-to-date information about different study programs, universities, colleges, and courses available in target countries.
- Assist clients in choosing appropriate courses and institutions based on their academic background, career aspirations, and financial considerations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and partner institutions to organize educational fairs, networking events, and other promotional activities.
- Stay updated on international trends in education, immigration, and career opportunities to provide relevant and valuable advice to clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients during their transition and settlement abroad, addressing any challenges or concerns that arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as International Relations, Education, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of international education systems, visa processes, and immigration regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Experience in student counseling, immigration consulting, or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of foreign languages and cross-cultural awareness is an asset.
- Proficiency in using technology for communication and client management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their overseas dreams.
