**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell surgeon gowns, drapes, and procedural kits to hospitals, surgical centers, and healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, procurement managers, and hospital administrators.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to healthcare professionals, ensuring proper understanding of product benefits.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
- implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and client requests to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and events to represent the company and expand the customer base.
- Provide feedback to the production and R&D teams regarding customer preferences and market needs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of sales in surgical disposables or related medical products.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and hospital workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively to meet clients.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,814.44 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
