Job Profile:
The Junior HR Executive will support the HR Manager. This position carries out responsibilities in the
following functional areas: employee relations, onboarding, employment, affirmative action, and
employment law compliance.
Junior HR Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service to assist the HR team and company’s management
in HR matters.
- Ensure that utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
- Ensure all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with employee relations.
- Maintain clear, regular communications with HR Manager regarding position requirements,
- Assist with termination process involving preparation of separation paperwork, and exit
interviews.
- Build strong relationships with employees and management within client groups.
Junior HR Executive Qualification and Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 0-2 years of operational HR experience
- Team player, proactive and positive attitude
- Strong computer skills in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A proactive, enthusiastic individual with the ability to operate in a positive, helpful, and
productive manner
- Need to know Canva or some designing element to create HR posts.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Khorlim, Assagao, Goa 403509, Goa - 403509, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
