**Description**:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Designer to join our growing team
In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content for our social media channels. You should be a master of Photoshop and stay ahead of the curve on the latest social media trends. But that's not all You should also be able to shoot high-quality reels and edit them on the fly to keep our audience engaged.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Design eye-catching social media graphics, including posts, stories, and covers, that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Proactively research and implement the latest social media design trends to maximize engagement.
- Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns.
- Shoot high-quality social media reels using a smartphone or camera.
- Edit reels using video editing software to create a cohesive and visually appealing final product.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and target audience.
- Stay up to date on the latest social media platforms and features.

**Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics.
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and working knowledge of video editing software.
- Excellent understanding of social media best practices and current trends.
- A keen eye for design and a passion for creating visually compelling content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A bonus if you have experience shooting and editing social media reels.
