**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our CCTV product offerings and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our CCTV solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and challenges.
- Provide pre-sales support by addressing technical inquiries and concerns.
- Work closely with clients to design customized CCTV solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and specifications.
- Provide detailed technical documentation to support the sales process.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the technical aspects of our CCTV products.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to clients to enhance their understanding of our solutions.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing technical insights and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling technical collateral.
- Provide post-sales technical support, working closely with clients to address any technical issues.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
