**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content optimized for digital and social media platforms.
- Create engaging social media content with a strong connection to the target audience, focusing on storytelling and visual appeal.
- Use internet references creatively and efficiently to enrich video content with relevant themes and trends.
- Perform video **color grading** to enhance the visual quality and ensure consistent branding.
- Create and integrate **motion graphics** and other visual elements into video projects.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce videos aligned with the brand’s objectives and messaging.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting the creative brief and adhering to deadlines.
- Utilize **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Adobe After Effects**, and other video editing software for smooth and efficient video production.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging video formats to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
- Incorporate feedback from various stakeholders to refine video projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio that highlights engaging and visually appealing social media content.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Adobe After Effects**, and related video production tools.
- Strong knowledge of **color grading**, **motion graphics**, and **graphics creation**.
- Ability to use **internet references** creatively to make content more relevant and engaging.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A degree in **Film Production**, **Media Studies**, or a related field is a plus.
- **1+ Years Experience** related to the same field/work.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience in sound design and audio editing.
- Understanding of video optimization for social media platforms like Instagram & YouTube.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
