**Day in the life**:

- **Fostering a collaborative, creative and productive team culture**, ensuring everyone is aligned and motivated.
- Acting as the **primary point of contact for clients** before, during, and after events, delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
- Leading the **end-to-end planning and execution of day conferences and small residential events**, including onsite coordination and troubleshooting.
- Managing **suppliers and third-party vendors** — handling commercial negotiations, securing service confirmations, and ensuring inventory readiness.
- Working directly with **trip planners, event organizers, and logistics vendors** to ensure smooth coordination and delivery.
- **Understanding customer preferences and requirements**, including scheduling, budget constraints, and personalized needs.
- Making real-time adjustments, such as **alternative bookings or contingency plans**, as needed.
- Ensuring **timely and accurate documentation, invoicing, and reporting** to clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrating **strong cost analysis and budget control**, balancing quality and financial outcomes.
- Driving team or individual targets with a **solution-oriented and commercially savvy approach**.

**You'll be perfect for the role if you have**:

- **4-5 years of experience** in event planning or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) operations.
- A **graduate degree or higher**, ideally with a background in hospitality, travel, or tourism.
- **Client servicing expertise**, with the confidence to lead events independently and liaise with high-value customers.
- **Vendor management skills** and experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing external partnerships.
- A **keen eye for detail**, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
- A proven track record in the **travel or hospitality sector**, particularly in MICE.
- **Strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities.**
- A **target-oriented mindset**, focused on results without compromising on quality or client satisfaction.
- Experience working as an **individual contributor** or within a collaborative team structure.
