Performs skilled non production activities independently which support the manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications**

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

- Engage in improving OEE key projects to drive efficiency.
- Sustain & drive improvements around - 5S, Manufacturing process cleanliness (MPC)
- Sustain & drive improvements around - HSE & engage in HIRA, Quality & other LPAs
- Sustain & drive improvements around - WIP Inventory controls & optimisation
- Training need identification (TNI) & On Job training (OJT) along with Skill matrix management
- Engaged in Team based work system
- Engaged in core operation as per operation need
