**Responsibilities -**1. To ensure Pidilite EHS policy/standard adherence across warehouses

2. Development & roll out of new SOPs as per standards

3. Work closely with warehouse team to rollout necessary EHS initiatives

4. Carryout risk assessments of Warehouse Operations and propose risk mitigation plans

5. To carry out audits as per EHS checklist and update gaps, Ensure exceptions are closed withintimeline with close co-ordination with warehouse team

6. Near Miss and Incident investigation, assessment and reporting

7. Develop EHS training modules and provide training to Warehouse team

8. Develop EHS Champions at Warehouse level to support EHS initiatives at Warehouses

9. Timely reporting, investigation and develop corrective and preventive actions plans of allworkplace of near misses, hazards and injuries

10. Ensure EHS portal is updated on time by warehouse team

11. Review & Publish monthly EHS scorecards and reports

12. Attend IRM’s and DRM’s to discuss EHS related issues and initiatives

13. Evaluation of safety standards for new warehouses as per policy and provide guidelines toRLAMs/ZLCSM.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
