**How will you do it?**

Responsible for timely delivery of administrative tasks including subcontract processing, invoicing, and material orders. Maintains documentation, tracks shipments, and supports customer expectations. Requires 2-year degree or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Ensure consistent and timely delivery of administrative services
- Expedite subcontract processing and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate invoicing, material orders, and shipment tracking
- Support customer expectations through efficient task execution
- Follow up on pending actions and ensure closure
- Requires 2-year degree or equivalent and minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
