As an EPM Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance in the design, implementation, and support of EPBCS solutions for our clients
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements. Design and architect Oracle EPM Planning solutions that align with their business needs and industry best practices.
- Financial Modelling: Develop complex financial models, including driver-based planning, scenario analysis, what-if analysis, and predictive forecasting. Translate business requirements into system configurations and rule definitions.
- Integration: Integrate Oracle EPM Planning with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, to facilitate seamless data flow and ensure data consistency. Design and implement data integration mappings and scripts.

**Primary Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Proven experience working as an Oracle EPM Planning Consultant, with a strong track record of successful project implementations.
- Knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial modelling.
- Understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud suite, specifically Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Planning features, including metadata management, data forms, business rules, calculations, and security settings.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex financial requirements and translate them into practical EPM solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of consultants.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Oracle certifications in EPM or Planning are highly desirable
