**Key Responsibilities**:
**User Research**:Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.

**Collaboration**:Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.

Design Systems: Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

**Feedback & Iteration**:Incorporate user feedback and analytics into design revisions to enhance usability and aesthetics.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and user-friendly.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

4-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design and problem-solving.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development (preferred).

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,897.36 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Figma: 3 years (preferred)
