**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Academics**:

- Deliver **undergraduate and postgraduate** courses in **Econometrics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Data Analysis**.
- Design and develop **curricula, course materials, and assessment methods** aligned with academic and industry standards.
- Supervise student **projects, theses, and dissertations** focused on applied econometrics and economic modeling.
- Mentor students for **competitions, research initiatives, and policy-driven projects**.

**Research & Innovation**:

- Conduct **empirical research** in Econometrics, Policy Analysis, and Data Analytics and publish in reputed journals.
- Secure **research grants** and collaborate on interdisciplinary projects with academia and industry.
- Develop and lead research initiatives in **quantitative economic analysis**.

**Industry Collaboration & Outreach**:

- Partner with **think tanks, government agencies, financial institutions, and corporate organizations**.
- Work on **real-world economic policy projects** and encourage student-industry collaboration.
- Organize **guest lectures, workshops, and policy discussions** to enhance industry-academia interaction.

**Data & Analytics Laboratory Development**:

- Contribute to the **setup and expansion** of a **data analytics lab** for economic modeling and policy simulations.
- Supervise **lab activities** and promote hands-on learning in econometrics and applied statistics.
- Stay updated with **emerging trends** in economic data science and integrate them into teaching and research.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Ph.D.** in **Economics, Econometrics, Applied Statistics, or a related field**.
- Strong **publication record** in top-tier economics and econometrics journals.
- **Teaching experience** at a reputed university or research institution is preferred.
- Industry experience in **economic modeling, financial data analysis, or policy research** is a plus.
- Proficiency in **R, Python, Stata, MATLAB, EViews, and other econometric tools**.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with **Big Data analytics, economic forecasting, and AI-driven economic insights**.
- Ability to secure **research funding** from government and private organizations.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with business, finance, and policy research teams.
