**Roles and Responsibilities**

**A. Job Purpose**

1. Creation and review of reading material, e-learning scripts, storyboards, SCORMS and powerpoint presentations.

2. Development of e-learning materials, assessments, and assignments with unique

e-learning experiences.

3. Creation and development of certification courses.

**B. Key Responsibilities**

1. Ensure that the standards of instructional designing are adhered to in the creation of content.

2. Create storyboards as per set guidelines.

3. Ability to create, edit and format Reading Materials and Self Learning Materials.

4. Need to be able to effectively meet the daily based targets of creating storyboards and SCORMS.

5. Will collaborate with the graphic designer team to support creation and development of etutorials.

**C. Minimum Experience**: 2-4 years

**D. Mandatory Skills**

1. Must be well versed with MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Articulate 360 and RISE

2. Must have worked on SCORMS

3. Must be able to write effective scripts

4. Must be able to do an effective quality evaluation of story boards and e-tutorials

5. Must possess excellent English oral and written communication skills

6. Must be a team player.

**E. Other Skills**

1. Editing and proof-reading skills.

2. Experience on working on the Vyond cloud-based animation tool.

**F. Educational Qualification** : Should have a graduate or post graduate degree in Business Management, Information Technology or Mathematics/Statistics - preferably from a university/college of national repute

**G. Salary Per industry standards**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: Up to ₹100,000.00 per year
