**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
- Provide detailed information about the company's products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team leader.
- Record details of conversations and follow-up actions.
- Assist in developing scripts for telecalling activities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Telecaller.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in any discipline will be considered an advantage.
