Order Processing: - Manage the entire order processing cycle, from initial client inquiries to order fulfillment. - Ensure accurate and timely order entry, invoicing, and delivery coordination. 5. Customer Support: - Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Work closely with the customer support team to resolve any issues efficiently. 6. Market Expansion: - Identify new opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth. - Explore potential partnerships and collaborations within the hardware industry. 7. Sales Reporting: - Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. - Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with the management team. 8. Compliance and Documentation: - Ensure that all sales activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. 9. Team Collaboration: - Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align sales efforts with product availability and promotional activities. 10.
