**Responsibilities**:
**User-Centric Design**: Create designs that are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and align with our mission to enhance the education experience.

**Collaborative Ideation**: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ideate and conceptualise design solutions.

**Design Prototyping**: Develop prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

**User Research & Testing**: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.

**Visual Design Development**: Craft visual design elements, including layout, typography, iconography, and color schemes.

**Brand Consistency**: Ensure design consistency across all product touchpoints, aligning with our brand identity and standards.

**Innovation and Trends**: Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve our product design.

**Design Documentation**: Create comprehensive design specifications and guidelines for development teams.

**Qualifications**:
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and depth of thought.

Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.

Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and mobile app design.

Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with diverse teams.

A passion for education technology and improving the learning experience.
