**Required Skills**:

- Experience in supply chain planning solutions such as demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP
- 4+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Proven implementation experience with advanced planning and scheduling solutions is mandatory, e.g., OMP, O9, Logility, IBP, APO, etc., and at least one Kinaxis project implementation as a solution architect (mandatory).
- Supply chain expert with experience in configuring Kinaxis’s heuristics for demand and supply matching.
- Understanding of the data structure for the algorithm.
- Experience in creating new algorithms within the Kinaxis environment
- Lead implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation activities.
- Able to conduct workshops to understand end-to-end business process requirements and propose the best possible solution.
- Having experience in team handling for at least 2-3 years will be an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹869,920.10 - ₹2,365,987.64 per year
