**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of stores operations, ensuring smooth and efficient inventory management.
- Manage receipt of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Verify quantities and condition of received items against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using a warehouse management system (WMS) or other designated system.
- Implement and enforce proper storage procedures to optimize space utilization and ensure product safety.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Issue materials to production departments based on requisitions, following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expire, First-Out) methods.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for all inventory movements.
- Manage minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Generate inventory reports for management, including stock levels, usage trends, and reorder points.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures in warehouse operations.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse.
- Train and supervise store personnel on inventory management, receiving, issuing, and safety protocols.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
