Opening: 1 Nos. - Job ID: 55178 - Employment Type: Full Time - Reference: - Work Experience: 5.0 Year(s) To 8.0 Year(s) - CTC Salary: 5.00 LPA TO 6.00 LPA - Function: Production / Maintenance / Quality - Industry: FMCG/Foods/Beverage - Qualification: Diploma - Mechanical - Location: - Nellore **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Business Title: Officer/Sr. Officer - Technician** Job Grade: Junior Management Section: Project / Engineering Department: Project / Engineering Reporting to: Manager - Mechanical Based in (location): Krishnapatnam, Nellore, AP **Role Purpose Statement**: To attend Day to day preventive, planned, Shutdown as well as breakdown maintenance. **Main Accountabilities**: - Breakdown free plant operation. - Plan day to day general maintenance of breakdown of equipment. - Plan the manpower distribution in different section as per priority. - Plan the contract manpower job location & get the daily report from Mechanical team. - Maintaining the preventive maintenance schedule as per reliability management programmer. - Measurement of contractor’s job work and clearing contractor bills. - Trouble shooting of problems. - Keeping minimum spares of all the equipment in plant. - Daily reporting to the Utility Manager. - Energy conservation. - Safety during the jobs allotted. - Assist Utility Manager. - Should keep instrument and workplace hygiene and clean and should be able to imply work standards like 5s, kaizen and Root cause of frequent breakdown. - Responsible to Smooth operation of Boiler & Its auxiliaries (i.e. ID Fan, FD Fan, PA Fan,Boiler feed pump, LP & HP dosing pump, Coal feeder, etc). - Responsible to smooth operation of Coal handling system. - Responsible to smooth operation of Ash handling system. - Responsible to Bed material drain and charge as per required. - Responsible to PA line flushing as per required - During shut down of plant, Responsible to physical inspection & cleaning of furnace, super heater, Economizer, Air Pre-heater, ESP, wet scrubber etc. - Responsible to Housekeeping of Boiler, control room & coal plant. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**: - Maintaining proper log sheet. - Minimum breakdown during shift. - Safety Norms - No LTI - Ensure 100% food safety - Maintaining proper preventive document. - Maintaining proper manuals and documents in panel. - Maintaining proper cleaning of equipment & workspace. - Maintaining safety procedure. - Implying work standards like 5s, kaizen and root cause. - Performing preventive maintenance of equipment **Knowledge and Technical**: - Knowledge in maintenance and troubleshooting. - Operation, Predictive and preventive maintenance of all equipment’s. **Education**: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - 5-8 Years of Experience **Key Skills**: - Technician - General Maintenance Of Breakdown
