**Experience: At least 2 years-experience of conducting thematic related trainings especially for women**

**CTC: INR 800-1500 per training session (**Depending on the relevant experience and location)

**Total Sessions**: 50-70 sessions within span of 3 months

**About the Position**:
**Responsibilities**:
Trainer will be an integral part of our ongoing livelihood project partnerships with a few large companies under CSR ambit. The incumbent will have to impact trainings on basics of entrepreneurship, financial literacy, digital literacy and business plan development to women entrepreneurs. The more specific information of the role is outlined as below:
1. Conducting trainings of women on basics of entrepreneurship, financial literacy, digital literacy and business plan development, as per the training schedule. Trainings are to be conducted in native language.

2. Helping in refining and designing the training modules

3. Manage participant registration, communication, reminders and ensuring participation in the training

4. Drafting methodology for trainings. Maintain training data, report and database

5. Setting question papers and checking answer sheets

6. End-to-end management of training programs

7. Any other task as assigned by Project Co-ordinator

**Mandatory Qualification and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in imparting entrepreneurship related trainings to women entrepreneurs.
- Demonstrate interest or knowledge in areas related to women entrepreneurship, business plan development, digital literacy, financial literacy, etc.
- Ability to demonstrate ownership, and work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely-knit team (showcasing patience, tenacity, and grace under pressure)
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English and native language) with exceptional attention to detail
- Post-Graduate degree from any recognized university
