**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a **Performance Marketer (Media Buyer) **to join our team.

You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and external partners to create and implement strategies that optimize conversions, increase revenue, and enhance brand visibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across various channels, such as **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, display networks, and other relevant platforms.**
- Conduct thorough **market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation** to identify target demographics and optimize campaign targeting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights, making real-time adjustments to **optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.**
- Collaborate with internal teams, **including creative, content, and landing page development, **to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- **Conduct A/B testing**, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular **performance reports and present findings to clients, **offering actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and future growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, **serving as a trusted adviso**r and providing strategic guidance on performance marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Have knowledge of paid advertising platforms,** including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.
- Have knowledge in using analytics tools such as **Google Analytics, SEMRUSH, or similar platforms.**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the **ability to present complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.**
- **Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, **with a strong passion for staying at the forefront of the performance marketing industry.
