Staff Nurse(Gnm/bsc Nursing)

**Description**
- Provide direct nursing care to patients across the lifespan, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and nursing protocols, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and clinical status, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team promptly.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures to promote patient comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans based on patients' needs, preferences, and goals.
- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and comprehensively in electronic health records (EHRs), maintaining confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, medications, self-care strategies, and discharge instructions to facilitate informed decision-making and promote patient autonomy.
- Advocate for patients' rights, preferences, and needs within the healthcare system, ensuring that their voices are heard and respected in care delivery and decision-making processes.
