**Job Summary**:
The Communication Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective communication training programs to aviation students. The trainer will ensure that trainees acquire the essential verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills required for various roles within the aviation industry, such as cabin crew, ground staff, and customer service professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct communication training sessions focusing on spoken English, professional etiquette, pronunciation, listening skills, and interpersonal communication.
- Design course materials and training modules tailored to aviation industry standards.
- Teach aviation-specific communication protocols, such as emergency communication, pilot-ATC interactions, and in-flight announcements.
- Use role-playing, simulations, and interactive activities to enhance student engagement.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, mock interviews, and feedback sessions.
- Customize training to meet the language and communication needs of a diverse student population.
- Maintain accurate training records and report student progress to the academic team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, language tools, and aviation communication regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in Aviation English or TESOL/TEFL is a plus.
- Prior experience (2+ years preferred) as a communication trainer, preferably in an aviation or hospitality training environment.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with ICAO Aviation English proficiency standards is an advantage.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of aviation culture and terminology.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and virtual training tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
