Salon Receptionist

**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they enter the salon.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using the salon’s booking system (software).
- Confirm upcoming appointments via phone or text reminders, as required.
- Keep accurate client records, including service history, preferences, and contact information.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring the space is welcoming and clutter-free.
**Profile Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred, but not required. Experience in a salon or spa environment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional courses or certifications in office administration or hospitality are a bonus.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with salon booking software, POS systems, and general office equipment (e.g., phone, printer, computer).
- Basic knowledge of the beauty or salon industry is helpful, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
