Complete account management of E-commerce Business (Marketplaces - Amazon, eBay, Flipkart) - Global & Domestic.

**Key Functional Areas of Responsibility**
- Making and managing the catalog of the company on the Ecommerce Portal.
- Providing keywords and suggesting placement for the same.
- Manage and create individual and bulk listings of new or old products on various platforms like Amazon,eBay, Flipkart, etc with a high focus on accuracy.
- Ensuring catalog stays updated on all platforms.
- Will be responsible for generating sales and handling A+ listing content, order processing, stock update, price compression, returns, claims, promotion, campaign, lightning deals & day-to-day operational issues on marketplaces.
- Keywords and Meta Tags Design.
- Content Optimization & Optimizing Listings as per Flipkart, Amazon SEO, and other marketplaces standards.
- Monitor and manage product ratings.
- Address customer complaints. Ensuring proper and timely revert to customers.
- Managing Inventory, Sales reports, and Payment Reconciliations.
- Monitor & manage product shipments.
- Submitting Cases for Feedback Removal, Products & other issues.
- Competitor analysis and research.
- Buy box competitive pricing.
- Write engaging and descriptive product descriptions to improve conversions

**Professional Skills & Qualifications**
- Must have experience with Amazon, eBay, Flipkart & other e-commerce portals.
- Must have knowledge of single listing and bulk listing, A+ listing content, order processing, stock update, price compression, returns, claims, promotion, campaigns, and lightning deals.
- Strong command over Microsoft Excel (expert to intermediate level).
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
